From March 4th thru March 10th, a delegation of Information and Communication Technology [ICT] experts visited Dharamsala, India, at the invitation of the Tibetan Computer Resource Center within the Department of Information and International Relations. Dharamsala is in Himachal Pradesh (state) in India – in the Himalayan foothills.
I’ve just discovered what looks like a good online resource for those new to either the Internet or to online training. itrain-online presents basic information and links to other sources, and to articles, on subjects like:
* Basic online skills
* Strategic uses of the net
* Web development (for beginners)
And it points to numerous resources for trainers. Resources to help you become a more effective online trainer.
